So I guess it’s harder than it looks. You can apply ‘english’ to the ball as it goes down the lane by tilting the phone left to right too.

Another interesting motion-sensing company at the show was Reactrix (www.reactrix.com) — they do optical sensing like GestureTek, with a focus on digital signage/advertising opportunities.

There’s a mobility angle to what they do (or at least a mobile network angle), because EV-DO (as the basis of the Reactrix Media Network) is part of their overall package.
